(They are all vegan, so if you're vegan or allergic to dairy/eggs, this may save you the hassle of searching!) I just chose the ones that I have either made before, or ones that I'd want to try!
And these are not hard to make! (At least if you're vegan, you'll have most of the ingredients; maybe "agave nectar" isn't something you use or have, but I feel like vegans know what they are and do have them!) Since I like easy-to-make recipes, these will not have a billion steps with a billion ingredients! Also note, many things (like ener-G egg replacers) are substitutable with oils, apple sauce, bananas, etc!
The ones with a * are the ones that I have made before (with maybe minor alterations in the recipe)!
