Simply put, it's chocolate coated seeds (tastes/looks like nuts but they're not).
It's like choco ball (if anyone knows this Japanese snack...chocolate covered peanuts) but vegan, healthy (filled with omega-3), and it's friggen good!!!
The Vegnews magazine always have them as a sponser/commerical/ad, and I wanted to try it for a while (because I loooooove chocolate!!), and one day I found it at a near by vitamin store, and I got it in a heart beat!
